Vikram Vedha is a remake of 2017 South film with the same name that starred actors Vijay Sethupathi and R Madhavan. It’s same directors have directed this film. Vikam character here is played by Saif Ali Khan and Vedha charcter here is played by Hrithik Roshan. Vikram is a character of a ruthless encounter specialist. Vedha is a charcter of a gangster who one fine day comes to surrender before Vikram and tells his story. What’s the story that you will come to know watching the film. Vikram has his own perspective in looking out criminals and judging them. Vikram (played by Saif Ali Khan) has done his role quite well in the movie. Hrithik Roshan as Vedha as also did a fabulous job in the movie. Both the charcters Vikram and Vedha have been equal amount of screen time in the movie. Movie is a mix of everything, action, drama, suspense, thrill, love, songs dialogues and what not.
Alcoholia song in the film is really amazing when it coems to Hrithiks dance movies and amazing camera movements. FIlm has a duration of 2 hour 40 minutes yet you will not feel like you are watching a 2 hour 40 minute film. Story is fast paced in Vikram Vesha. Start of the movie story you might seem simple but as the movie progresses, this simple story comes with its own mix of suspense, twist and turns. Climax of the movie there is one perfect slow motion shot of Vikram and Vedha running. I would call it a perfect cineamatic shot.
Apart from Vikram and Vedha characters played by Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan, other actors like Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf, Sharib Hashmi and others have also done a good supporting job. This movie you should definately not miss because of Hrithik Roshan. He has done a best job in the film. His action, killer looks, dialogue delivery and dance are surely a must-watch I would recommend. Story wise, if you have watched the original film, you will miss out on a little fun because you already know the story. Vikram Vedha is a perfect mass entertainer film I recommend. I had a great time watching the movie. I rate this movie 3.5 stars out of 5. If this movie wasn’t a remake, I would have given it 4 stars.
