Thiruchitrambalam is a new Tamil movie that stars actor Dhanush, Nithya Menen and Raashi Khanna. It is about a story of a boy who is trying to find his purpose in life. He has a strict father in the movie played by Prakash Raj. The boys journey is shown throughout the film, his ups and downs in life, his friendships, relationships etc are all explored in the movie. To know more details, you need to watch the movie.

Nithya Menen plays Dhanush childhood friend in the movie. She is very spontaneous and natural when it comes to her performance in this film. She has outshined even Dhanush performance in the movie. Story is simple, nothing extraordinary. Story has a citylife background also and a village life background also. City life background is more in the film. VIllage life background is little less. CItly life story is nice in the movie. VIllage life story is not much impressive. Seems like the movie track after the city life background in the movie. After that the movie felt predictable. There was nothing extraordinary.

Songs were really good in this movie. Some of the songs are ung by Dhanush himself. Action scenes were not needed in this movie. Love story, romance, friendships, family drama you get to see in this movie. Actors have done really good job in the movie. Casting is perfect. All the actors have done good justice to their characters in the movie. Overall, an average film, I would say. I rate Thiruchitrambalam 3.5 stars out of 5. Movie could have been better. Dhanush equation with his Daadu best part of the film. Dhanush and Nithya Menon chemistry is also appealing.
