Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi are going to star in an upcoming comedy drama film revolving around the topic of female bodyweight, size and other stereotypes. The new film is titled ‘Double XL’
The teaser of the film is out today and in the teaser we saw Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi questioning the unreal expectations set by society, making fun of gents’ preferences when it comes to female body size and type.

Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi both play plus-size characters in the film. One of the characters is from Uttar Pradesh and other is from urban New Delhi. Zaheer Iqbal and Mahat Raghavendra also star in the film. The film is shot in India as well as the United Kingdom.
Satramm Ramani has directed the film. Mudassar Aziz has written the film. Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Mudassar Aziz, Vipul D Shah, Rajesh Bahl, Ashwin Varde, Saqib Saleem and Huma Qureshi have produced the film.The film is presented by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, Wakoo Films and Mudassar Aziz in association with T-Series DIlms.
The ffilm is releasing in theatres on October 14, next month.
