Sardar is a movie of a spy played by Karthi. It is an action movie. Thriller we can’t say because suspense element was missing in this movie. Movie first half was full entertaining, enngaging. Second half, the movie has a routine spy action story which is nothing extraordinary.
Actor Karthi is the soul of the movie. He has performed really well in the movie. Action scenes are good in this movie. Songs and music are okay in this movie. Some portions of the movie look stretched in this movie. This movie has a duration of 2 hour 45 minutes. Songs could have been avoided in the movie. Some songs make no sense and spoil the engagement we have with the storyline in the film.
Climax is average in the film. Could have been better.All actor have done a decent performance in the movie. I had a nice time watching the movie. Really loved the message of the film that is focused on the ‘aam aadmi’ ‘the common man’. I had a great time watching the movie, specially Sardar character. I rate this movie 3 stars out of 5.
