Latest buzz what we hear is that Karan Johar has roped in Siddhant Chaturvedi and Tripti Dimri as the lead cast for his next production that is going to be remake of a Tamil hit film Pariyerum Perumal.
Pariyerum Perumal was released in 2018 and the film was a romantic drama movie set against the backdrop of the caste sytem. Kathir, Ananadhi and Yogi Babu starred in the movie.
It is learned that Karan Johar was impressed by the concept of the movie and decided to remake it.
The remake movie project will reportedly go on floors in the second half of 2023. This is what we hear by rumours. Official confirmation is awaited.
