Ram Charan was asked at a recent event what was the advice he received from his father Chiranjeevi before entering the entertainment industry. He responded saying that his father advised him to treat his near and dear ones well with respect, specially the staff and the core team around him. Ram Charan was checked whether he was following the advise of his father.
One of the moderators at the event asked one of his staff about how he is treated by Ram Charan. His manager, Praveen said that of all the people he has worked with so far, Ram Charan is the amazing boss, he touches him by the soul, he said. Praveen is also Ram Charan’s manager for 15 years, that also speaks volumes. Manager has not left and joined elsewhere, working for 15 years and still doing it.
Ram Charan’s hairdresser, Hipin, makeup artist Gaurav were also enquired about how long they were associaited with Ram Charan. Ram Charan said that they have been an integral part of him since the beginning of his career. Ram Charan said that these two, along with the cook and the driver have been a part of his entourage since long.
Actions speak louder than words and by this conviction the staff praised the actor, speaks volumes about the stars nature as a normal person in real life. Ram Charan is truly a symbol of humility, grace and Indian values.
