Rajnikanth today took to his Twitter handle to appreciate Rishab Shetty for his work in Kantara both as a writer-director and actor. He said to Rishab Shetty that his work in Kantara gave him ‘goosebumps’. He also appreciated the ther team members of Kantara movie for their contribution to Kantara and called ‘Kantara’ a masterpiece of Indian cinema. He also said to Rishab Shetty that he has proven it through Kantara that unknown stories have more value than the known stories to the sudience, referring to the Kantara movie story which was based on local folkore, traditions and culture of coastal Karnataka. Rishab Shetty also was grateful to Rajnikanth for his appreciation for Kantara. He called actor Rajnikanth ‘the biggest Superstarr in India’ and also said to Rajnikanth that he was his fan since childhood. RIshab Shetty also said to Rajnikanth that this appreciation is a ‘dream come true’ moment for him. Kantara movie in Kannada came first on September 30. Soon the film got released in other languages. The film did good business both in India and abroad having collections of more than 200 crore gross amount worldwide. Rishab Shetty along with Sapthami Gowda are the main star cast of the film.
