People should visit Mangaluru to watch Kola at least once: Sapthami Gowda with FILMIFEVER EXCLUSIVE

Kantara film actress Sapthami Gowda whose film Kantara recently was a success in KannAda box office, spoke exclusively with Filmifever. Her film Kantara has shown the kola culture or ritual in its film, that is highly discussed and appreciated part of the film. In her exclusive conversation with Filmifever, she appealed to the audience worldwide both from India and rest of the world to come to Mangaluru to watch the kola at least once. That experince is totally different she says, much better than the experience you get from watching it in their recent film. She also said that Kantara film kola shooting was a magic in itself. They were able to witness it live in front of their eyes and they can’t take out that memory from their heads for a life.

Kantara actress Sapthami Gowda also spoke about her learning experience on the sets. She said that the directors were very patient with her as well as encouraging. They asked her to take her time to get into the character and making the shooting process quite simple and comfortable for her.She also recalled having got to witness the improvisation technique from her colleague actors from Kantara who are theatre artists. She says they can improvise their acting within a snap of a finger and Sapthami Gowda says that skill should be there with every artist. The Kanatara actress is also very happy about the response her film has been reciving. She credits the success of the film to the auidence for making it more popular through word of mouth and also for loving the film without any language barrier. People are appreciating the Kannada version of the film even before the dub version in other languages is on its way to theatres soon. Kantara Hindi version coming to cinemas on the October 14th.
