Ram Charan is recently abroad where he is going to be seen today presenting an award at the coveted Hollywood Critics Association. He will be the only Indian presenter presenting award at a global stage. This morning and yesterday he has been giving couple of interviews. He has been speaking to many foreign news channels.

One of his interaction was with ABC News Live where he spoke about his recent Oscar Nomination for Naatu Naatu song from RRR. Ram Charan said that he wouldn’t be able to believe if ever the song wins an Oscar. Somebody would have to wake him up and tell him to go to the stage to collect the award, he says. ‘It is not just our success, it is the success of the Indian FIlm Industry’ he states.

Ram Charan says that it was only three months before the war in Ukraine that they shot the song there at the Ukraine presidential palace. 15 days they shot at the palace, he says. Ukraine is beautiful and he wanted to visit again after the filming of the film he had decided then, he says.

Ram Charan hopes that more films come to Oscars and Golden Globes just like his film RRR did. He compliments director Rajamouli for the film, saying Rajamouli said to him that his films are about emotions and ‘this film RRR has all sorts of emotions and connects very well with the audiences’ he says.
