Mohanlal and filmmaker Lijo Jose Pellissery combination upcoming film title has been announced. Title is Malaikottai Valiban. John & Mary Creative, Amen Movie Monastery, Century FIlms and Max Lab are jointly backing the film.
Film technical crew names was also introduced. PS Rafeeque who last collaborated with Lijo in 2013 for Amen is writing the script of the film. Cinematographer Madhu Neekandan of Churuli, Music director Prashanth Pillai of Amen and EE.Ma.Yau have been brought onboard for the film.
Editor Deepu Joseph of Jallikattu and Churuli will be edditing this film. Lijo Jose associate TInu Pappachan is made part of this project as well.
Expectations are high surrounding the film. Makers are yet to start shooting for the film.
Director Lijo and team and busy with location scouting in Rajasthan. In Rajasthan itself, most of the film is expected to be shot. Mohanlal is going to play a wrestler’s role in the film.
Film is getting plannings done to start shooting in January 2023.
