Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan review: Screenplay poor, supporting actors performances could have been better, sad it is a remake

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is a story about love, brothers love and also sacrifice. You see on one hand a big brother thinking about his younger brothers life. And on the other hand, younger brothers thinking about elder brothers marriage. Both want to settle each other.

This story is a love story, drama and action with a pinch of family values. But screenplay of this movie is so poor that audiences will not get completely engrossed with the film. Songs of this film are many and they have been already viewed by the audience on Youtube ahead of the release.

Story isn’t much interesting. Supporting cast of this movie are also not much popular names. Some well known big names who could match the stature of Salman Khan should have been given chance instead of new faces like Siddharth Nigam, Raghav Juyal, Palak Tiwari etc.

Villain characters in the form of Jagapathi Babu was tough and powerful. But Vjender SIngh was not that effective. Pooja HEgdes brothers role in the form of Venkatesh was very nice. Even Bhumika Chawla’s role was good.

Pooja Hegde the heroine of this movie was looking beautiful and she also wore nice outits in the movie. Her smile was beautiful. Acting was also good. Salman Khan was good with his action scenes. In some romance scenes and light elements he was okay. But one complain I have is that he was not cconsitent with his looks. In some songs he looked young. In some part of the movie, he was looking huge (a little bit old).

Dialogues of this movie were poor. Action of this movie was good. Editing of this movie culd have been more sharper.Cinematography of this movie was good. Some dance steps of the movie songs were not pleasing to the audience specially keeping young children as target audience in mind.

Movie was a little boring, I mean a slow paced screenplay which will not keep your eyes continously on screen. You will keeep scrolling your phone as the movie on screen goes on. I didnt like the movie because it is a remake. Original movies should be appreciated.

The movie is presented with emotions which doesnt touch the heart of the audience. Audience doent feel crying when the hero is cring. The connect with the audience in the movie was a little lacking. Only few songs and little bit action were the main strengths of the movie.

I loved the Yentamma song from the movie and the amazing presence of actor Ram Charan with his wonderful moves on one song. I am not happy and fully satisfied with the film. Expected more from the film. I rate the movie 2.5 stars out of 5. Watch my video review of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan movie here:
