Rishab Shetty’s Kantara movie which originally released in Kannada on the Septemebr 30 is getting huge response from the audience. After running successfull shows in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. The movie is going to release in Malayalam tomorrow and soon a Tulu version of the film is also going to come out. Dubbing for the Tulu version of the film is currently going on and the makers are yet to fix the release date of the film in Tulu.
Kantara Kannada version collected more than 100 crores at the worldwide box office. Hindi version of the film so far has also collected more than 10 crores in India. Telugu version and Tamil version of the film is also doing well at the box office. Audience have been demanding for long that the film should be released in its root language Tulu, because most of the film story, culture and rituals shown in it belong to the coastal region specially of Tulunadu. Hence, looking at the growing demand from audience, makers have decided to release this film in Tulu, their local language.
