Kangana Ranaut plays Indira Gandhis role in upcoming political drama picture ‘Emergency’

Kangana Ranaut upcoming picture is based on history event of India in the 70’s Emergency. Kangana Ranaut plays former PM Indira Gandhis role in the picture. She has transformed herself not only look wise, but also body language and talking wise also. We can see it in the short teaser video released by Kangana Ranaut on her Instagram.

Kangana Ranaut has posted that she has begun shooting for the film. She has teamed up with writer Ritesh Shah for the film, who has written her last film also ‘Dhaakad’. Renown prosthetic makeup artist David Mallinowski is hired on board to give Indira Gandhi look to Kangana Ranaut. Picture release date is not announced yet.

In the teaser video, we can see an interesting dialogue from the upcoming film by Kangana Ranaut. She plays the role of Indira Gandhi. So she says to one of her staff ‘America ke president ko keh dena ki mujhe mere daftar me sab Madam nahi Sir Kehte hain’ (Tell the American President that everyone in my office addresses me as Sir, not Madam).

Kangana Ranaut is producing this picture under her production banner ‘Manikarnika Films’.
