Farzi is a crime drama sereis starring Shahid Kapoor, Vijay Sethupathi, Kay Kay Menon, Raashi Khanna and Amol Palekar. Story is of an artist who can make an exact ditto copy of any other painting. One fine day, he decides to make copies of currency notes illegally fake currency and jumps into the wrong way.
This fake currency market already has some other gang and there is already a taskforce set up to nab them. Will they get caught in this racket? You need to watch the series to know more. Nice, brilliant acting by all the cast. Particularly VIjay Sethupathi. His acting was quite natural. His dialogue delivery was also good. No dubbing artist is used this time for him. He is saying his own dialoues and that makes it look quite natural.
In the series there are quite some tense momemts you will be fingers crossed watching it, waiting to know what will happen next. Series climax, you will be able to predict. But this series is too lenghty. Some episodes are of 40 minutes, some 50 minutes and the last one is 1 hour eppiode. Songs of the series are nice and too the point. They will not trouble you.
Love angle is also there in this series. This will also not distrub you. Only too the point, how much only what is required is shown. Farzi series has some connection with The Family Man series you will come to know watching the series. Because makers are also the same ones, Raj and DK duo.
Film has a lot of bad words, foul language. Those who are afraid of it, beware (specially children). Overall, this is a crime drama series that adults and mature audiences are recommended. Nice concept. Intesesting way it has been presented. I really had a great time watching this series. There weren’t any moments of exaggeration in the film. Everything was smooth, raw and natural. I liked this part about the series. Anyway, I rate Farzi a 3 star out of 5. Locations, cinematography and acting were perfect.
