The film first look and motion poster is released and in the sequel also we have star Arulnithi who starred in the first part of the movie as well.

The first look motion poster shows Arulnithi as a ghost and the motion poster background gives a horror feel, hints at some serious facts about the film story.

Shooting of the film wrapped up and the film is in final stages of production.
The film recently underwent change in the production house. Big production banner recently took over the production after seeing the film output.
It seems like Ajay Gnanmuthu is going to strike well with this sequel.
Priya Bhavani Shankar and Arun Pandian, Antti Jaaskelainen and others are also starring in the movie.
Sam CS is scoring background music for this horror movie.
Cinematography is handled by Harish Kannan. Demonte Colony 2 is going to release in multiple languages and might be hitting the theatres on a suitable date this year itself. Official details awaited.
