There is this stong buzz going on in the entertainment media circles is that Animal film starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna have been postponed to a later date.
Earlier it was supposed to release on August 11, the Independence day weekend. Now it is expected to release on December 1.
Sources say the reason behind is that the makers do not want to compromise on the VFX of the film and is taking more time. Hence they have taken this date to December.
December 1 is they have chosen as the date is what we know as of now. They have shifted the release of the film to December 1, three weeks after Tiger 3 and 3 weeks before Dunki. They have not clashed with Tiger 3 or Dunki but kept the release in between of these two big films keeping a 3 week gap window.
Makers think this is a well strategized date and they believe no other film will come for a release now in the middle of these three big film releases – Tiger 3, Animal and Dunki.
