Akshay Oberoi’s upcoming film Fighter is going to be in cinemas next year on the January 25th. He will be playing an airforce officer fighter in the film alongside Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone.
Akshay Oberoi calls it an honour to be a part of the film where he will be playing the character of someone who has fought for the nation, who has served the armed forces in the country.
He says, his character is a tribute to all those real life heroes who are serving for the nation. He says that as actors it might only to imitate their actions, but the grit and courage of these real life officers in real life conditions is ‘unfathomable’. He thanks the directors Siddharth and Manta Anand for making him part of the film.
