Akshay Kumar is going to play the role of a Sikh once again. He is seen wearing a turban standing between the fields in a new photo released on social media.
The photo is said to be from a field in United Kingdom where Akshay Kumar and the team are currently shooting for Capsule Gill. Parineeti Chopra also stars in the film. The picture is said to be adaptation of a real life incident from 1989 where a coal mine had collapsed in West Bengal. 64 miners were trapped in that coal mine and Jaswant Singh Gill risked his life and saved their lives. Akshay Kumar is going to play role of Jaswant Singh Gill in the film. Raniganj Coalfields is the exact location where this incident took place
The picture is said to be directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, produced by Vashu Bhagnani’s Pooja Entertainment. Official announcement from the makers is yet to be awaited.
