Latest Buzz we hear from the film town is that Vijay Sethupathi is going to play the role of Vibhishan, Raavan’s brother is Ramayan. Nitesh Tiwari, the director has approached him for the film. The narration is done. Vijay is quite impressed by the script but he is yet to sign the dotted line to finally be part of the film.
Ranbir Kapoor is going to play the role of Lord am, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Raavan. These details we here, not confirmed so far. We also hear that Sunny Deol might play the role of Hanuman, Lara Dutt might play the role of Kaikeyi and we have learnt that Bobby Deol has turned down the role of Kumbhakaran.
The film is aiming for a Diwali 2025 release. Pre Production of the film has already begun. Casting is underway. But the makers are yet to officially announce the film and lead cast of the film. Nitesh Tiwari and Namit Malhotra are producing the film.
