A young director is already in the talks for this project. The film is expected to be a love story. However it is not yet confirmed.
Karan Johar wants to give another launch to VIjay Deverakonda in Bollywood. Their recent release together titled ‘Liger’ didnt work successfully in the box office. Karan Johar felt that he did not give a proper launch to Vijay Devrakonda in Bollywoood. Hence, he is looking at presenting another opportunity before Vijay Deverakonda to make another entry to Bollywood.Karan Johar wants to present VIjay as a lover boy in Bollywood and a suitable storyline script will be provided for Vijay Deverakonda actor.

Vijay Deverakonda is currently shooting for a Telugu movie titled Kushi along with Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Siva Niravana is the director of the project. Release date is not yet announced. Apart from that, Vijay has another project with director Sukumar in the pipeline.
