Ponniyin Selvan Teaser released today in multiple languages, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi.
We saw the teaser and it looks like an epic war movie. The teaser says in bold ‘The Cholas are coming’. Beautiful teaser when it comes to the photography, cinematography, dialogue delivery most importantly, scenic locations, character looks, and the storytelling.
This AR Rahman musical looks promising. Big boats in the sea, horses on the field with soldiers ready to fight. Chiyaan Vikram looks aggressive in the role he plays. Karti and Jayam Ravi also have that angry look on their face. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looks very beautiful in the teaser. So does, Trisha Krishnan. This picture looks a combination of love story and action taking you back the history lane. Visual wise and action wise, this picture seems a must watch. Can’t wait for the film releasing on September 30.
Ponniyin Selvan 1 is a story of the Chola dynasty, 10th century and their struggle for power. Picture is an adaptation of Kalkis Tamil novel written in the 1950’s, directed by Mani Ratnam. Ponniyin Selvan 1 is jointly produced by Lyca Productions and Madras Talkies.
